Terms of Service

Welcome to White Feather Investments Hyperion Campaign ("the Platform"), operated by White Feather Investments ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform at https://hyperion.whitefeatherinvestments.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is an invite-only business tool for authorized team members, investors, and wholesalers of White Feather Investments. You must be at least 18 years old and have received an invitation to access the Platform. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Description of Service

White Feather Investments Hyperion Campaign is a real estate investment deal management platform. It provides property analysis, market research, lead management, deal pipeline tracking, document management, and portfolio reporting tools. The Platform is designed for internal business use byWhite Feather Investments and its authorized partners.

3. Accounts and Access

• Access is granted by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose other than authorized White Feather Investments business activities
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role and permissions
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to harm the Platform or its users
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Share confidential property data, financial analyses, or investor information with unauthorized third parties
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law in connection with your use of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary algorithms (deal scoring, rent estimation, market analysis), is the intellectual property of White Feather Investments. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without written permission.

Data you upload (property information, documents, notes) remains your content. By uploading, you grant White Feather Investments a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

6. Financial Disclaimer

All financial projections, rent estimates, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and investment analyses provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Actual results may vary significantly. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

White Feather Investments makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property data obtained from third-party sources (RentCast, Zillow, county assessors, MLS, etc.).

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Feather Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Investment losses based on data or analyses from the Platform
• Loss of data due to system failures or service interruptions
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party property data
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Feather Investments, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
